Cancellation Policy
Time is so valuable to all of us! Please cancel your appointment within 24 hours. There is a 35% cancellation fee for any cancellations not done within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booked service. There will also be a late fee charge of $15 if you are past 15 minutes late to your appointment and your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
